These dates apply to all regional clusters:
| Registrations open | 1 December 2023 - 31 January 2024 |
| Applications open | 1 January 2024 - 10 March 2024 |
| Processing and Assessment of Applications | March - May 2024 |
| Applicants notified | 30 May 2024 |
| Contracts are signed | June 2024 |
| All projects commence | 1 July 2024 |
